Snaking ( This is netting that goes completely around the ship to aid in keeping sailors who lose their footing from being washed overboard), The wildcat ( Commonly refered to as the windless, is the divice used to raise the anchor for storage in the chain locker, where it is prepared and made ready for being dropped again) and last but not least are pigtails ( these are small lines attached to hawser lines, tied in at designated spots, used by sailors to determine if a line is to taughnt or to slack, so that a line does not break)
